Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. - Manage project resources effectively to ensure successful outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC). - Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
