Role Overview

The Program & Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in launching and managing EveryWatch’s partnership program, designed to facilitate the buying and selling of luxury watches. This position bridges internal operations and external collaboration, helping to coordinate the development of the platform, cross-functional workflows, and onboard key participants, including individual sellers, auction houses, and watch dealers.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about driving growth, shaping partnerships, and contributing to the evolution of an innovative program in the high-end watch market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and operational rollout of the EveryWatch Partnership Program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Operations, and Marketing to shape the platform’s development and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with auction houses, watch dealers, and private sellers to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for both partners and sellers, ensuring exceptional communication, organisation, and user satisfaction.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures and sale estimates.
  • Provide ongoing account management to both EveryWatch’s VIP sellers, and partners. 
  • Support market research and partner analytics to identify growth opportunities and enhance program value.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management, partnerships, or account management, preferably within a technology, marketplace, or luxury environment, managing or working closely with high net worth individuals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Understanding of high-end watches, and an appreciation for craftsmanship, brand heritage, and the luxury market landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment.
  • Technical familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • A strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and relationship-building finesse.
