Program Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Program Operations Coordinator to join our team and help elevate the customer journey through strategic collaboration with the Product department and other key teams. Within this function, our dedicated team focuses on the tactical execution, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing monitoring of programs that drive organizational success. By aligning processes and initiatives across the company, the CX Program Management function ensures a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint—fueling business growth and building lasting relationships. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Program Coordination
  • Facilitate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed schedules, timelines, and deliverables for programs.
  • Coordinate meetings and working groups to support specific programs and initiatives.
• Administrative Support
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain program documentation, including reports, presentations, and manuals.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of participant data, program outcomes, and financial details.
  • Manage program communications and correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining clear channels.
• Program Development Support
  • Contribute to the creation of new program initiatives, strategies, and proposals.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for program growth or enhancement.
  • Provide actionable feedback and insights to refine program design and execution.
• Cross-functional Implementation & Monitoring
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless implementation across teams such as Product, Operations, and CX.
  • Provide operational support for new product launches, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and strategic goals.
  • Monitor programmatic performance and execution, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams to address challenges, align objectives, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field and 2–4 years of experience in program coordination or customer experience operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to align teams such as Product, CX, and Operations.
• Proficiency in analyzing program data and using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau to drive insights.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline workflows; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the customer journey to prioritize and enhance customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage documentation, timelines, and program quality.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer feedback platforms (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics).
• Success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, or a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred, thoguh not required

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,000 - $94,000
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
