Equiscript is seeking a meticulous, motivated, and analytical Program Analyst to join us on our Program Analytics Team. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing all client data and trends. As a Program Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing organizational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, and providing insights through data analysis. Key Responsibilities |
Collect, analyze, and summarize Client data and trends. Forecast and track key account metrics. Develop monitoring tool for new client performance – separate from existing clients Responsible for driving processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements.
Monitor all day-to-day OPS IT functions to ensure inbound and outbound file processing works effectively. Assist the AE in reviewing volume and providing expertise in driving revenue and volume for the client Continuously assess business and operation needs
This position plays an essential role in presenting operational solutions and recommendations to internal teams for decision-making purposes. Identify claim/impact related to Drug Manufacturer exclusions - impact analysis – identify opportunity for designations
QA Functions Functional client performance issues - research and issue resolution Program Configuration Expert, supporting Account Management and Implementation in identifying and implementing client-specific business needs Coordinate any system changes needed to support the client – everything from Admin Tool updates, eligibility rule changes, crosswalk changes, the addition of new sites/pharmacies, etc.
340B Compliance, regulations, processes, training, and product
Is responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, manipulating, and validating data, and presenting analytic findings. Will organize and analyze data to review past trends and current conditions Troubleshoot, investigate and execute complex data-related tasks (manipulation of data, mathematical calculations, reports design) Synthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and management Leverage quantitative skills to derive answers to clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting questions Prep incoming data for higher-level analysis Communicate the data results to the client, with an emphasis on answering the business question as opposed to the analytical and reporting processes used Other duties as assigned

Professional Qualities |
Specialized Business Intelligence software SQL query language (MS SQL) Perform ad hoc analysis using SQL to extract data

Preferred Experience |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics or related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst with ETL focus. Proficient in ETL tools, SQL, and scripting languages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in 340B is strongly preferred. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
