This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional programs that deliver high-quality outcomes for customers. You will guide projects through key milestones, align teams, and ensure successful execution across the Lonza network.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across the full program lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and program performance
  • Partner with account management to develop and execute long-term strategies
  • Establish and maintain governance structures for program oversight
  • Prepare statements of work and support approval processes
  • Identify risks and drive actions to ensure successful program delivery
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or engineering field
  • Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment
  • Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industries is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Clear and effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders
