We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of a federal multi-cloud data platform. This senior leadership position serves as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring successful program execution across all phases including transition, build, Authority to Operate (ATO), and ongoing operations.

In this role, you will lead program governance activities including comprehensive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. You will ensure strict compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIH/HHS security standards, and Zero Trust architectural requirements. As the primary Government interface, you will maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders while driving program success through effective leadership and communication.

As Program Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all Government communications and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparent and effective collaboration throughout the program lifecycle. You will lead and oversee program governance activities, including the development and maintenance of comprehensive reporting mechanisms, risk identification and mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes. Your role encompasses ensuring full compliance with federal security standards including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIH/HHS security policies, while also championing Zero Trust architecture principles across all program activities. You will coordinate transition activities and oversee the successful execution of platform build phases, maintaining accountability for ATO compliance outcomes and security engineering deliverables. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.

- Strong technical background in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software systems
- Demonstrated expertise in federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interface effectively with Government stakeholders
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in federal IT environments
- At least 2 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope
- Demonstrated experience in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Education & Certifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
- Required Certifications: One or more of the following - PMP, CISSP, CISM, or SANS GSNA
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in federal IT environments
