As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Program Manager.Project Summary
The Senior Program Manager will lead the establishment, execution, and ongoing management of a Private Sector Clearance Program (PSCP) supporting a federal security mission. This role requires a seasoned leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery of program requirements in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all program activities and personnel supporting the task order to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
Establish and manage the Private Sector Clearance Program (PSCP), ensuring alignment with evolving requirements set by OSO leadership.
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including private sector partners, Security Division, FBI Headquarters, and Field Offices.
Represent the Chief Security Officer (CSO) in executive-level meetings related to the PSCP.
Collaborate with senior executives both internally and externally to support program objectives.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and manage high-level correspondence, reports, briefings, and documentation; maintain both digital and physical records.
Develop and manage content for internal and external-facing websites, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in coordination with webmasters.
Establish and track team schedules, coordinate meetings, and produce meeting summaries and communications.
Support development of final reports, including editing content and creating charts, graphs, and presentations.
Perform advanced program management functions, including identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and evaluating performance metrics.
Required for This Opportunity
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience managing teams and delivering programs that meet defined requirements and deliverables.
10+ years of experience standing up and managing complex programs.
8+ years of experience coordinating with senior-level executives and serving as a liaison across organizations.
7+ years of experience leading customer service-oriented teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
7+ years of experience drafting complex reports, briefings, SOPs, and executive correspondence.
8+ years of demonstrated experience in process improvement, performance evaluation, and operational efficiency.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain detailed records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Nice to Have Skills
Master’s degree in a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience supporting federal law enforcement or security-focused programs.
Familiarity with clearance processes and security operations.
