The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team and play a key role in executing and scaling XP Health’s implementation and operational programs. This role is focused on driving structured execution, owning core workflows, and helping the business scale through more efficient and reliable systems.

You will support client implementations, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and take ownership of critical operational areas such as eligibility management. This role will be instrumental in improving how we manage data, processes, and cross-functional coordination as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and socialize scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Support the execution of client implementations by helping manage timelines, coordination, and delivery across teams
  • Own and manage key operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to support the delivery of new products and operational improvements
  • Identify blockers early, and proactively resolve or escalate across the company
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and help implement scalable solutions that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
  • Own and drive projects from definition through execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes to support alignment across teams
  • Build repeatable processes and systems that support scaling the business with evolving client needs
  • Influence senior stakeholders without authority
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in program management, implementations, operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution
  • Comfort working with data and systems, with the ability to identify issues and support resolution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and documentation
  • Comfort operating in evolving environments and contributing to process improvement
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on execution, reliability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience with program management, implementations, Chief of Staff, or similar types of roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Early-stage startup (Series B or before) or equivalent experience
  • In-depth experience with MS suite or Google suite equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL, dashboards, metrics design)
  • Experience in technical environments
  • Nice-to-have: Healthcare experience
CA Pay Range
$125,000$155,000 USD
