Job Responsibilities:
Program Manager
Licenciatura en Ingeniería
Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia de 6 años en:
  • Requerimientos específicos de cliente (TS/IATF16949 / ISO9000 / ISO 14001 / OHSMS) y estándares de la industria automotriz.
  • Program Manager en industria automotriz Tier 1
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en ejecución relacionada a APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Planes de Control, flujos de proceso, y cadena de suministro.

Responsabilidades:
  • Liderar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (CFT / PDT)
  • Administrar programas de manera integral
  • Gestionar el desarrollo del producto
  • Planear, documentar y controlar los programas a través del PDP/APQP
  • Mantener y mejorar la salud financiera de los programas
  • Gestionar la relación con el cliente
  • Administrar cambios de ingeniería
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de PPAP, LRR y SOP
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes de estatus del programa
  • Promover la mejora continua y el cumplimiento organizacional
