About ZutaCore
At ZutaCore, we’re changing the rules of how data centers handle heat in the age of AI.
Powered by our patented two-phase ZutaCore® HyperCool® technology, we tackle one of the biggest challenges in modern computing, heat.
As computing power explodes, traditional cooling simply can’t keep up. That’s where we come in. Our waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology
removes heat from the silicon and away from the server. Enabling data centers to run faster, denser, and far more efficiently.
We work at the intersection of AI infrastructure, sustainability, and deep engineering, helping some of the most advanced data centers in the world push beyond today’s limits.
We’re a growing global team driven by curiosity, ownership, and a builder mindset, people who like solving real problems, working hands-on, and making an impact where it matters.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing projects across global deployments.
This is a high-ownership role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and takes full responsibility for delivering large-scale, technically complex programs end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global, multi-million-dollar projects (AI factories, hyperscale deployments, retrofits, edge sites)
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across complex, cross-functional programs
- Drive structured execution using WBS, critical path, RAID logs, and governance frameworks
- Own full project accountability, serving as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers
- Lead all key project forums: kickoffs, design reviews, steering committees, FAT/SAT
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans, escalating with solutions
- Ensure seamless handover to operations and customer success, including documentation and lessons learned
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Operate in a global environment, managing stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Engage directly with customers, including on-site support when required
Success in This Role
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification
- Maintain predictable execution across multiple concurrent programs
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project acceptance
- Effectively manage risks and changes without impacting delivery commitments
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of project/program management experience in hardware or electro-mechanical systems (preference for data center infrastructure, cooling systems, power distribution, or rack integration)
- Experience delivering complex, customer-facing infrastructure projects
- Strong technical acumen in at least one of: mechanical, electrical, thermal, or structural engineering as it applies to data center equipment
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams
- Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Waterfall / hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Proven ability to lead without authority and drive accountability
- Excellent communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders
- PMP or equivalent certification- advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field- preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages - a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI and data center infrastructure projects
- Join a fast-growing global company at a critical stage of scale
- Be part of a high-impact PMO team driving mission-critical deployments
- Take on a role with real ownership and visibility

What We Do
ZutaCore’s waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, with its exclusive pool boiling technology, represents a fundamental shift from traditional air or single-phase liquid cooling. Instead of moving heat away gradually, it removes it instantly at the source by turning liquid into vapor, keeping processors consistently cool even under the most extreme workloads. For operators, the impact is immediate: Higher performance per rack — Run more AI and HPC workloads in the same footprint. Lower energy costs — Drive PUE and pPUE closer to the ideal of 1.0, cutting power bills dramatically. Greater reliability — Eliminate risks of condensation, corrosion, or hardware damage. Sustainability gains — Reduce both water and electricity use, accelerating ESG progress.
