Titan Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead enterprise network and IT operations supporting large, distributed environments. The Program Manager is accountable for overall performance, governance, staffing, service quality, and operational continuity across all supported services.
This role has full authority for service delivery decisions, escalation, and corrective actions and is responsible for ensuring continuous operations in a 24x7, multi-location environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide full accountability for delivery of enterprise network services supporting large, geographically distributed environments.
- Lead and coordinate teams delivering 24x7 operations across multiple technical and operational functions.
- Ensure adherence to service levels, operational requirements, and performance objectives.
- Oversee incident escalation, outage coordination, and service restoration activities.
- Lead transition, steady-state operations, and continuity planning.
- Establish and maintain governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage staffing levels, coverage models, and skill alignment to meet operational demands.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance briefings.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
You MUST have:
- PMP certification required.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT or network services, including:
- 5+ years supporting distributed environments with more than 100 locations
- Oversight of 24x7 operational services
- Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of more than 40 personnel
- Demonstrated experience managing SLA-driven environments.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
