Titan Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead an enterprise end-user support program operating in a 24x7x365 environment. The Program Manager will be the single point of contact for contract performance, ensuring that all IT services are delivered at the highest quality, strictly aligned to SLA requirements, and fully responsive to customer needs. This role oversees program planning, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting, while proactively driving improvements and maintaining strong relationships with customer leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface with customer leadership for all program matters.
  • Manage overall contract performance, ensuring services meet or exceed SLA targets.
  • Develop and maintain program management and quality control plans.
  • Lead and mentor staff, promoting a culture of accountability, service excellence, and professional growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance across multiple service areas to ensure seamless 24x7x365 operations.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Enforce accountability for customer equipment, assets, and work standards.
  • Conduct risk management and ensure continuous alignment with mission outcomes.

You MUT have:

  • 5+ years of IT program or enterprise project management experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing enterprise end-user support services in a 24x7x365 operation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other program management tools.
  • PMP certification.
  • ITIL 4 Foundations.

It’s nice if you also have:

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional IT support teams and delivering SLA-driven services.
  • Experience working with Project Lifecycle Methodologies (PMLC).
  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
  • Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvements in service delivery.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
