Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
  • Leads the Program team by tracking and measuring tasks to ensure that the 3 legged stool principle business plan goals and objectives are met, measured by an agreed program target matrix
  • Select team members and defines tasks in adequate detail to ensure required resources are available at the correct time to achieve all program objectives
  • Provide regular and specific feedback on performance to program team members and coordinates development opportunities in areas of required improvements
  • Perform and coordinate team building to maximize team performance
  • Coordinate program documentation and ensures clear communication of documentation standards, organization and use
  • Leverage technology and manage change within the program scope to maintain a positive financial position for Drive Automotive during the program and subsequent series production
  • Manage customer expectations and allocates resources as required to meet such expectations
  • Manage conflict resolution within the program team's responsibility scope including both internal and external interfaces
  • Perform other duties as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalency in an Engineering discipline

WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
  • 5 to 10 years program management experience, preferably within the automotive industry
  • (Preferred) Licensed Tool and Die Maker, including a completed Tool and Die Apprenticeship, with 10+ years experience in Class-A metal stamping industry

Pay range: $115,000 - $150,000 annual salary
