Role Summary
Owns the Central Ops operating cadence and cross-functional execution system. Drives KPI governance, weekly business reviews, incident-to-RCA-to-CAPA flow, and ensures work lands in ClickUp with clear owners and due dates.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the weekly KPI operating rhythm: rollups, trend reviews, actions, CAPA tracking, and follow-through.
- Operate the incident and escalation pipeline: intake, triage routing, RCA facilitation, CAPA creation, due dates, and closure verification.
- Maintain the Central Ops “system of record” hygiene in ClickUp: standardized templates, status definitions, required fields, and tagging discipline.
- Coordinate cross-department programs that reduce ops load and increase first-time success.
- Publish leadership-ready weekly reads: what moved, why it moved, what we are doing next, and what is blocked.
Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years in ops program management, marketplace ops, or service ops
- Strong incident management, root cause facilitation, and CAPA discipline
- Deep comfort with ambiguity and driving alignment without authority
