Position Title: Program Manager (PM)
Location: Arlington, VA (with telework options as authorized)

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the single authority for all contract matters related to daily operations.
• Manage overall performance, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Support comprehensive prevention systems through strategic planning, policy integration, and governance.
• Align initiatives with Army Strategic Management System (SMS) and readiness objectives.
• Oversee development of prevention-related products, portfolio evaluations, and analytical reports.
• Maintain a robust Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure timely submission of deliverables with ≥95% accuracy.
• Coordinate with leadership for progress reviews, briefings, and operational updates.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity during transition periods.
• Ensure adherence to security, OPSEC, and data protection requirements.
• Manage training compliance for all contractor personnel (AT Level I, Cyber Awareness, SHARP, HIPAA, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years managing government projects of similar scope (training, prevention, resiliency operations).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and performance management.
