As a Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge between vision and execution - leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered with impact.

What you’ll do:
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple teams.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and timelines.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Foster clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes to support scaling and agility.
- Be part of the Program Management team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, in the Product and Technology growing department.
Requirements
- 5 years of project management experience in a fast-growing tech company.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Strong technical understanding - ability to grasp APIs, system integrations and dependencies, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Proven success managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies
