We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, who aspires to join the Program management organization in a fast-growing international CDMO.

Your New Role
You will lead Programs related to manufacturing of Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Products for our customers and be the link between customer and the site in Denmark.
As a Program Manager (PM) you will lead Programs throughout the Program lifetime, starting at the commercial team level, before handover to Program Management and the rest of the FLBD organization within large-scale manufacturing.
The scope is to be the key contact for the customers programs you will be leading, including the internal Core team supporting the programs. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will cover a broad variety of tasks related to customer interface, internal stakeholders, and senior management.

There are opportunities to also support our large-scale manufacturing site in North Carolina, USA which will be operational ready in 2025.
Your primary tasks
- Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams for each program with a strong focus on One team
- Onboard with Sales Team and transition to become the primary liaison for program planning & execution upon notification that a Verbal Win /Letter of Intent has been confirmed
- Engage impacted functional areas for inputs to ensure SOW elements are complete and realistic
- Ensure that financial activities & program milestones are aligned (SOW, revenue recognition milestones, change orders, invoicing/payment activities)
- Coordinate completion of the Contract elements (MSA, CSA, Quality Agreement, SOW)
- Develop and maintain high-level Project Plan including accountabilities for all revenue
- Ensure risks & mitigation actions (materials, equipment, long lead times, item specs, analytical methods, etc.)
- Actively conduct risk management within and across programs
- Track and report program performance and partner with the Finance Team to ensure accurate & timely completion of financial transactions
- Drive team adherence to milestones; monitor deliverables & ensure functional accountability; escalate to functional leaders as appropriate. Maintain and post a tracker of risks and action-who-when for functional deliverables
- Keep current on cGMP, regulatory and quality requirements that impact FLBD manufacturing and client guidance
Your Talent
- MS in a scientific field
- Knowledge in mAb manufacturing field Drug Substance, Drug Product would be a plus
- +8 years of demonstrated project/program management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and proven customer relationship management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills ability to comfortably and clearly articulate issues across the organization
- Knowledge of basic financial accounting

Program management is a core function within FLB. We are a growing team of currently 10 highly professional and dedicated Program Managers/Directors (PMs) with broad experience within pharmaceutical development and manufacturing of Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods.
