Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a skilled Program Manager to lead critical U.S. Government programs at multiple locations. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in project management, personnel oversight, and Special Operations experience. The Program Manager will drive the success of impactful, multi-location operations supporting national security missions.
Location: Northern Virginia

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex programs across multiple locations, ensuring project objectives are achieved within established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide leadership in manpower management, including resource planning, team oversight, and preparing detailed personnel status reports.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and alignment with program goals.
• Utilize experience within Special Operations or similar U.S. Government agencies to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and security policies while upholding performance standards.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and briefings to stakeholders, addressing project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI Clearance 
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional, organizational, or academic certification related to project management
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing projects of similar size or complexity.
• At least 2 years of experience within SOF.
• Demonstrated expertise in manpower management, personnel oversight, and status reporting. (Resume must clearly reflect this experience.)
