The Purpose: 

Program Manager role is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects and initiatives within the organization. The Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for all project activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimizing resource utilization, managing risks, and delivering high-quality outcomes. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and project teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant parties.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project progress. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and meet the required specifications and client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within the approved budget. Report on budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Performance Tracking: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

Have knowledge in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Speak:

  • English – Upper intermediate (C1)
  • German - Advantage

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300 € /brutto.
