Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our TYLin | Greeley and Hansen Water Solutions Team. In this crucial role, the Program Manager will bring expertise in project delivery and management, with a focus on overseeing diverse projects and programs.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program manager leading an integrated team consisting of client and consultant staff to deliver long term projects valued in the range of $300 to $500 M. Act as Owner’s representative and adviser to deliver capital projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their current and future needs to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage multiple technical assignments concurrently, leading teams to deliver projects to the client's satisfaction while adhering to contract requirements and maintaining schedule and budget.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in program management, planning studies, preliminary designs, final designs, bid assistance, alternate delivery, and office services during construction for various water infrastructure projects.
- Identify and lead business development pursuits, positioning and preparing proposals to achieve the office's growth goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in program management, alternate delivery water/wastewater specifically in sewer conveyance, rehabilitation and pumping stations. PE license required in DC, MD or VA.
- Experience as a program manager, deputy program manager or major task leader for utility work
- Experience with alternate delivery (construction manager at risk, progressive design-build and design-build) a plus
