Program Manager

About the Role:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Constellation’s largest partnership. They will work closely with the Program Lead to establish and enforce new processes, and maintain a myriad of internal trackers, status reports, and repositories. This role requires a strategic thinker who is very detail-oriented and adaptable. Their ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment will be crucial to success. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively for large partnerships
• Implement and manage project plans to communicate objectives, priorities, and goals among internal teams
• Maintain program trackers and status reports
• Establish best practices for ways of working across the organization
• Define processes and enforce workflows across the organization
• Manage the execution of new offerings and products
• Participate actively in problem solving and finding solutions
• Lead meetings and providing direction to team members
• Work collaboratively across multiple teams and maintain relationships with key leaders
• Provide feedback to key stakeholders on suggestions for improvement to processes

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in project management
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective time management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with documentation tools (Office, Notion, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, Jira, Harvest, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with the Automotive industry
• Experience working with collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits.

New York Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000
