Job Description

The program manager follows the SOP procedures of program management and reports to the Director of Operations. In addition, the program manager will be the direct contact to the customers with respect to new project or engineering changes. The program manager can be assigned to international projects in the company as directed by the Director of Operations.

The CAD engineering side (if applicable) of this position will require the associate to have CAD experience.

  1. The Program Manager is responsible to ensure all departments are updated on weekly basis during the course of a project.
  2. Provide quotes on re-design tooling and track on the cost sheets for accounting.
  3. Transfer/translate/maintain all customer CAD data and drawings for use within the company which includes new rev levels, current rev levels, and obsolete rev levels.
  4. Maintain and control all production tooling designs for production being manufactured.
  5. Responsibility and authority to notify Lead or Supervisor of quality related problems and, if necessary, to stop production to correct quality problems.


Qualifications

  1. Education required: Associate Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  2. Experience required: 2 years in manufacturing/design environment
  3. Professional license or certificate requirements: None
