Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, technical reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Coordinate procurement and logistical support required for program implementation.
Identify funding opportunities and contribute to proposal development and resource mobilization efforts.
Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and databases.
Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across program activities.
Ensure safeguarding, gender equality, diversity, and inclusion principles are integrated into program implementation.
Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and relevant forums as assigned.
Perform any other duties related to program management as assigned by senior management.
