🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale EdTech programs with governments, CSR partners, and social organizations. You’ll be the driving force behind program execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against KPIs—ensuring sustainable educational impact at scale.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, and wants their work to directly improve learning outcomes for millions of children.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Own projects end-to-end and lead high-performing teams
- Build strong relationships with government officials and partner leaders
- Develop strategic roadmaps and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate across internal teams to align program needs
- Mentor and grow team capabilities
- Prepare reports, decks, and case studies for management and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption and scale of ConveGenius products within state ecosystems
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Social Work, Technology, Education or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in government projects)
- Strong program, stakeholder, and team management skills
- Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and AI tools
- Consulting/start-up background is a plus
