Nightwing is seeking a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Single POC for contract performance.
- Leads team project execution.
- Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
- Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).
- Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
- Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
- Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.
- Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.
- Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.
- Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management
- Project Management Professional Certification.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day
- Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
