- Role Summary: As a Leadership Development Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the launch and success of the company's Emerging Leaders and Advanced Leader Programs. You will be responsible for metrics analysis, documentation, learning content creation, and program milestone management.

- Responsibilities and Duties:

  - Collaborate with Microsoft Curriculum Managers and trainers to identify specific business needs and propose training solutions.

  - Assess the needs of target audiences and design, develop, and maintain courseware using e-learning authoring tools.

  - Create interactive and engaging content, including videos, quizzes, and simulations.

  - Develop supporting materials such as slides, handouts, and lab instructions for training programs.

  - Incorporate subject matter experts' expertise into various types of training.

  - Stay updated on available learning programs and external seminars.

  - Analyze data and program metrics to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  - 0-2 years of overall experience in the field.

  - Experience in project management and data analysis.

  - Proficiency in video editing and SharePoint.

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  - Certification in project management (preferred but not required).
