We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
- Manages cross-functional teams and coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
- Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
- Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Data Governance, Interpretation and Modeling
- Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
- Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions.
- Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.
- Mentor and guide teams on data preparation, visualization, modeling, and best practices.
Business Understanding & Insights Operationalization
- Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
- Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.
- Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.

Requirements:
- BA/BS or higher
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Solid understanding financial modeling and tooling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
