Job Description

The Program Manager for Strategic Partnerships is a critical role that will provide operational support to the Strategic Partnerships team (also known as the Marketplace team).

*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a 30 mile radius of our physical HQ location in Boca Raton, FL will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational effectiveness required in managing our various marketplaces and will be responsible for activities that drive the health of our product listings to ensure maximum sales opportunities.
  • This role will provide analytical support and will deliver actionable insights to Omni Operations leadership.
  • This role will work cross functionally with P&T, Merchandising, Finance, Pricing, Store Operations and Supply Chain to execute the various components of our Strategic Partnership roadmap in relation to Office Depot's presence on 3rd party Marketplaces.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecommerce, Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
    • Experience leading a retail environment
    • Experience turning raw data into actionable reporting
  • Experience with Marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Wal-Mart & Ebay.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel to include the development of reporting and business insights using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Charts, and other advanced analytical tools.
  • Experience with Channel Advisor (Rithum), Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with business as well as IT/technical teams. Understanding of retail business.
  • The incumbent will have a proactive mindset to problem solving, is a Self-Starter, and is comfortable in ambiguous situations.
  • The incumbent is comfortable providing support to field personal in the Retail stores.
  • The incumbent has exceptional communication skills and can clearly articulate business critical needs to their leadership.
