Radix Metasystems is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Program Manager to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will be the driving force behind our strategic initiatives, taking ownership of complex programs from ideation through execution. You will bridge the gap between strategy and operations, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Program Management: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple strategic projects simultaneously, managing the full program lifecycle.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact, aligning stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and clear communication.

  • Timeline & Resource Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, define resource requirements, and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present program updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess existing workflows and implement best practices to improve team efficiency, agility, and output quality.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Currently active TS/SCI security clearance issued by a U.S. Government Entity
  • Currently active Counterintelligence polygraph adjudicated by a U.S. Government Entity
  • Must be able to provide 24/7 on-call support on an as-needed basis (this is rare)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business Administration/Management field with Project Management specialization. Equivalent professional experience may substituted for formal education
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a Program Manager (PM) role for a USG prime customer
  • Active professional certification (PMP)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and when to apply them
  • Proficiency with standard project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving technical environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency or demonstrated ability to quickly learn enterprise hardware, software, and specialized applications used within the organization
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and customer-service focused approach

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • 10-14 years in program or project management, preferably within the Defense/Intelligence Community in a software/systems engineering organization;
  • Professional certifications such as PgMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or similar

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
