Role Overview
As the Program Manager, you will own the overall delivery of satellite programs from concept to launch readiness. You’ll coordinate across cross-functional teams like engineering, testing, qualification, supply chain & partnerships, compliance, mission operations and business; to ensure every milestone aligns with technical, financial and schedule objectives. You’ll be expected to drive the program, bring structure and setup processes wherever required.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple satellite projects; from system design to Assembly Integration & Testing (AIT), launch preparation and delivery.
● Develop and maintain Program Plans, WBS, Gantt Charts, and Milestone Trackers across teams.
● Coordinate with Project Managers (PMs) and Technical Project Leads (TPMs) to integrate subsystem and payload timelines into the overall mission plan.
● Conduct regular Program Reviews (internal/external) and track action closure.
● Manage program-level budgets, forecasts and resource allocations.
● Identify risks and interdependencies; ensure proactive mitigation and escalation as needed.
● Interface with SCM, QA, Tech Compliance and Partnerships teams for synchronized progress.
● Present concise program health updates to leadership and Founders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical or Systems Engineering).
- Master’s in Management or equivalent Certification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program/Systems Management within Aerospace, Satellite Defense or High-Tech focused domains.
- Strong understanding of space-borne system development cycles and integration processes.
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proven experience with project management tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work methodically and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with space-borne or satellite systems is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in start-ups will be a plus.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
- Master's degree in Management or equivalent certification
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, or systems management within aerospace, satellite, defense, or high-tech domains
- Strong understanding of space-borne system development cycles and integration processes
