The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $85,900 to $107,375.
Job Summary
To ensure a successful implementation of Iberdrola Networks Global Model in the execution of Avangrid Digitalization Program for Network Automation, leveraging value of global and technical expertise to accompany Network Automation project manager on the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the maintenance and execution of Network Automation investment plans and achievement of projected benefits for Avangrid Networks and their customers.
Set general criteria to ensure an efficient execution of Network Automation roll-out plans.
Analyze and implement the required processes transformations to guarantee an effective integration and optimal exploitation of the whole digital model.
Ensure coordination of Network Automation program with all digitalization projects while guaranteeing full alignment with global model.
Provide technological guidance on Network Automation area for the maintenance.
Promote AVANGRID collaboration across country experts to facilitate best practices adoption.
Develop a strong relationship with internal areas in order to direct process change implementation (Customer Service, Processes & Technology, IT, HR, Gas and Electric Operations)
Internal Relationships: Projects, Operations, Planning & Regulatio, Customer Service, IT, Procurement, HR.
External Relationships: Engineering, Consultants, Suppliers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 3 to 5 years. Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Leader with a strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a managerial role.
Proficiency in English.
Capacity, aspiration and commitment to assume bigger responsibility.
