The Role
Coordinate with Odisha state, district, and field-level government stakeholders to support program rollout for ECCE initiatives. Manage projects and workstreams end to end, secure approvals, monitor activities, track data, maintain progress trackers, and prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, official letters, notes, and briefs. Support planning and delivery of trainings and workshops for Anganwadi Workers, supervisors, CDPOs, and officials while maintaining strong government relationships and providing regular updates.
