  • Escolaridad: Lic en Administración o a fin.
  • Experiencia de 5 años en puesto similar
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Zona de trabajo: Cd. México - (Reforma) esquema Hibrido ( 3 dias a la semana en sitio)

Objetivos Clave:

Asegurar la entrega exitosa de iniciativas estratégicas.
Actuar como coordinador central de los programas.
Priorizar iniciativas según los objetivos del negocio.
Resolver dependencias y garantizar que se asignen de manera efectiva.
Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Puente entre la supervisión estratégica (Nivel de Portafolio) y la ejecución táctica (Nivel *POD).
    • Coordina un grupo de *PODs dentro de una iniciativa estratégica.
    • Alinear y priorizar el backlog de acuerdo con la iniciativa estratégica.
    • Gestiona riesgos y dependencias.
    • Definir las necesidades de los roles clave de *POD (PO, SMEs).
    • Asegurar el logro de los **OKRs.
    Tareas Principales.
  • Desarrollar y mantener la hoja de ruta de la iniciativa estratégica.
    • Optimización de la asignación de recursos.
    • Seguimiento del rendimiento del programa y generación de informes.
    • Mapeo de stakeholders, alineamiento y compromiso.
    • Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo en los equipos de *POD.
    • Impulsar la comunicación efectiva y la cohesión, abordando conflictos y manteniendo un entorno orientado a resultados.
