- Role Summary: As a Non-IT Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of various projects and initiatives within the organization.   - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  - 8-10 years of overall experience in program management or similar roles.
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  - Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  - Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and production methods.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - PMI or PMP certification is highly preferred.
  - Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
  - Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as SharePoint, reporting, and dashboards.
  - Experience with cross-organizational communication and stakeholder management.
