Location: Orange, CT or Boston, MA or Rochester, NY

The base salary for this position is depenent upon experience and location, ranging from $90,000 to $139,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Learning and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in program management, with a preference for those who have worked in instructional design. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs, with a strong emphasis on using data analytics to measure program effectiveness.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and manage leadership development programs.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify leadership skills gaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Use data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of programs.
- Partner with internal or external instructional design teams to analyze program outcomes and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Communicate program progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for programs.
- Collaborate with the communications team to promote programs.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a learning and development capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other relevant software.
Preferreed Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global organization balancing collaboration and coordination between global and local initiatives, best practices, and recommendations.
- Experience in instructional design, including conducting needs analyses, designing and developing learning solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Experience with Workday Learn.
