The Program Manager for Large Project & MILCON Liaison provides senior-level oversight and coordination of major facility projects and military construction (MILCON) efforts. This position serves as a key liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of facility projects with NASIC mission requirements.

Responsibilities- Oversee planning and execution of large facility and MILCON projects supporting NASIC.
- Serve as liaison between project management, planning teams, line management, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance; prepare status reports and briefings.
- Coordinate resolution of project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
- Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestone charts.
- Lead coordination with Government stakeholders for project approvals and reporting.
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCICertifications: PMI certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent PMI program/project management credentialEducation / Years of Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in program or project management of facilities or large capital projects.
- Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field
- Extensive experience managing large facility or MILCON projects in DoD or similar environments.

- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance

- Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
- Extensive experience managing large facility or MILCON projects in DoD or similar environments
