Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ISO Program Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role will also be responsible for establishing and managing a centralized procurement function to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards related to supplier management and purchasing controls.
Key Responsibilities:
ISO 9001 Program Management
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 QMS across the organization.
- Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure documentation control, process standardization, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare for and manage external surveillance and recertification audits.
- Develop and deliver ISO-related training and awareness programs for staff.
Procurement Setup and Oversight
- Establish a centralized procurement function aligned with ISO 9001 Clause 8.4 (Control of Externally Provided Products and Services).
- Develop procurement policies, procedures, and supplier evaluation criteria.
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement with strategic goals.
- Recommend and implement process improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or related field
- 7–10 years of Project Management experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- MUST be familiar with ISO 9001 standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with consulting engagement lifecycle
