The Role
Work onsite in Montreal up to 5 days a week collaborating with the team
- Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule
- Good working experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Exceptional technical knowledge
- Project management skills to assign tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Risk management skills to assess technical strategies and security controls
- Experience with SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ
- 3 levels available:
- 1+ years of experience as IT project manager, including 1 year of experience in "IAM" domain and in vulnerability resolution coordination; OR
- 3+ years of experience as IT project manager, 4 years of experience as a release manager, including 1 year of experience in release management and post implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ); OR
- 20+ years of experience of project management, at least 7 years as program management and delivery team management in "IAM" domain, (including Identity IQ) and 10 years of multi site worldwide distributed team management. Experience in Agile development and SAFe.
