ECS's Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems (AEWS) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. The program manager will lead engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) activities and cross-functional relationships through the early phases of the lifecycle. This role will be based in Nashua NH, and is full-time on-site.
The program manager will be responsible for Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and Production Readiness Reviews with the customer.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
• Excellent program/project management skills with a high level of business and financial acumen and proven ability to manage scope and budget.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Provide leadership and program management oversight of a project team assuring the project meets financials, schedule, and technical objectives, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with all levels of senior management regarding program performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Demonstrated success in a program management role.
• Experience being Cost Account Manager (CAM).
• Top Secret Clearance with recent SCI Billet.
• Master of Science and/or MBA.
• PMP or other related certifications.
• Experience with electronic warfare products.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
