Job Description
Our Emerging Mission Capabilities (EMC) team is at the forefront of innovation for the F-35 program, identifying, developing, and validating next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions. We operate in a fast-paced environment, turning emerging technologies into operationally credible concepts and securing new business for long-term growth. EMC is not involved in traditional development, production, or sustainment; instead, we focus on ensuring solutions are technically feasible, operationally relevant, and positioned for successful transition to follow-on programs.
As a Program Manager within EMC, you will play a critical role in driving this innovation. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects - including New Business Funds, Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts, and Customer Funded programs (trade studies, prototyping, and risk reduction activities). This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt to evolving requirements and proactively identify opportunities to shape program outcomes. You'll lead cross-functional teams comprised of Engineering, Business Development, and Operations professionals, fostering collaboration to deliver impactful results. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting capture efforts, from initial customer engagement to proposal development and submission. You'll collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate those into winning strategies.
This position offers the opportunity to influence the future of EW capabilities. You'll be responsible for navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project completion and positioning F35 Solutions for sustained success. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• US Citizen eligible for DoW Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold SCI and SAP clearances
• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that requires a high degree of initiative and adaptability
• Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills - demonstrated experience being successful leading cross-functional teams
• Skilled communicator who influences and shapes the behavior and performance of teams executing complex requirements
• Strong presentation skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's degree
• Active DoW Secret
• Experience interfacing with customers
• Experience on development and production programs
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Proposal Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or experience managing technical programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification
• Understanding of the DoD acquisition environment and processes

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
