Department Summary
Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial escalation contact for partners
- Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure alignment of goals and execution of partner-related initiatives
- Conduct quarterly partner reviews to assess performance, identify areas of improvement, and initiate corrective actions
- Identify opportunities to elevate cross-functional plans for partner growth or to leverage varying partner agreements
- Implement strategic plans across cross-functional groups
- Understand the ongoing business of each assigned partner
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- College Degree Required in Business, Communications, or Supply Chain
- Experience with Partner Management
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Telecom experience preferred
- Experience with Android OEMs preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
