Netchannels is looking for a Program Manager for our client: Google Cloud - Legal. This is an exciting role for a Program Manager with experience in Cloud, Operations, and Legal. This position is FTE W2 of Netchannels, on-going and long-term rendering services for our client Google Cloud.  This position can be anywhere in the USA.
NOTE: This is NOT an IT role, it is NOT a Data Analyst role.
Program Manager - Legal
We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Cloud Legal team through supporting or leading a variety of projects and initiatives, including compliance review of marketing materials, contract management and processing, internal knowledge management systems, and dashboard creation/management. Some experience either in legal/compliance, marketing or sales enablement, or operations is desired. This Program Manager reports to the Legal department.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution and be hands-on in triaging and prioritizing collateral reviews.  The role is focused on improving processes, reviewing public materials for compliance, and automating requests with self-service resources.
Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and triage requests and questions coming to the legal team from marketing, sales, business and compliance teams. 
  • Manage projects with all inter-departments and keep the ball rolling.
  • Compare draft public materials to legal guidance and suggest changes in copy to ensure compliance
  • Answer requests that are not managed by the product counsel or forwarded to other team members or referred to self-service resources
  • Manage the Go to Market Legal team’s internal website, where all self-service resources are housed and organized

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Program Management experience understanding Cloud/Enterprise software technology.
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheets
  • Experience in the Google suite of products is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to execute cross-functional programs by collaboratively working with business teams and legal teams
  • Proven ability to understand business collateral so you can review them for compliance
  • Strong communication and business writing skills, ability to work effectively with senior executives as well as junior team members
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to break ambiguous tasks
  • Show initiative
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and a strong bias toward action. Ability to assess a situation, quickly evaluate the pros and cons, and make decisions.
  • Thrives in an ambiguous work environment, able to manage tight deadlines and work autonomously.
