social, and governance (ESG) concerns, particularly focusing on carbon emissions reduction.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our initiatives align with our company's objectives and
climate commitments while meeting or surpassing emissions reduction targets.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • ESG Program and Project Management: Lead projects across all project management knowledge areas, ensuring integration, budget adherence, scope management, and more. You'll be responsible for authoring project documents and guiding project activities to ensure successful delivery.

  • Research and Business Case Development: Conduct research on emissions abatement strategies, develop business cases, and assess the environmental impact of proposed programs.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster collaboration.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as environmental science, engineering, or

  • business administration.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in program and project management.

  • Certification in PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, or similar.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and make confident decisions.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.

Pay Range$140,341 - $260,634 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
