Summary:
The Program Manager of Employee Experience and Engagement supports the design, coordination, and execution of initiatives that create a positive and inclusive workplace. This role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement by implementing programs aligned with company culture and strategic priorities. The Program Manager collaborates across teams to deliver impactful experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, well-being, and recognition. They will use feedback and data to improve programs and ensure employees feel connected and valued.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing strategies that enhance employee experience across key touchpoints.
Coordinate engagement activities such as surveys, focus groups, and events to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Support employee recognition programs and culture-building initiatives (e.g., celebrations, team-building).
Help manage internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet) to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
Draft and edit content for internal communications, including emails, presentations, and intranet updates.
Partner with HR and other teams to support onboarding/offboarding processes and engagement programs.
Track program performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain distribution lists and ensure accurate communication reach.
Assist with budget tracking and resource coordination for engagement initiatives.
Hybrid role: requires working in the office at least three days per week.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University.
3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or related fields.
Experience supporting engagement programs or events in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Passion for creating a positive employee experience.
