- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of E-beam related projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance; resolve issues and manage changes to ensure project success.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 10+ years in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electron beam technology and its applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
