Job Summary:
The Creative Studio is responsible for ideation and creation of all marketing campaigns and communication assets to support Patagonia’s purpose, business, regional and channel needs. The Creative Studio Operations team drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy, process, production, and support for the digital and creative studios.
The Program Manager, Digital Creative is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of digital campaigns and always-on marketing from creative lock to final launch. This includes managing creative development and production across multiple cross-functional teams. You will ensure all digital content and initiatives align with Patagonia’s goals, brand standards, and operational timelines.
This role requires strong project management skills, communication and collaboration across teams, and the ability to problem-solve and adapt to conflicting priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end creative execution of digital marketing campaigns and always-on marketing, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables from creative lock through final launch.
- Serve as point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of assets and campaigns across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Digital and Creative teams to facilitate strategic alignment, coordinate project objectives, and maintain clear workflows and communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee resource planning and capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to brand standards.
- Facilitate coordination with digital marketing channels, category marketers, and other teams to ensure consistency across digital content and campaigns.
- Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Implement and maintain clear workflows, documentation, and processes to communicate timeframes, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Lead status updates, project reviews, and check-ins with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Assist in misc. department projects as assigned.

Experience You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management or a creative producer role, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative operations.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related field is preferred (additional work experience equivalent to a degree will be considered).
- Proven track record of managing complex digital projects from concept through execution, with a focus on creative.
- Familiarity and experience with digital file formats, digital platform specifications, and publishing.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with a PM tool to set tasks/deadlines and manage workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both digitally and in-person with stakeholders from across the organization.
- Experience working under tight deadlines and with shifting priorities.
Hiring range: $89,000 to $99,000 USD Annually
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $80,600 to $121,000 USD annually. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.
