Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to improve business performance, financial visibility, operational efficiency, and inventory optimization.
- Define, build, and improve dashboards, recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and customer-facing reporting for leadership, operations, and external business discussions.
- Use Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and comparable BI tools to analyze performance, visualize trends, and create practical reporting solutions.
- Develop and leverage agentic AI-enabled tools and workflows to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and improve decision-making.
- Lead inventory analysis and reporting, including inventory accuracy, aging inventory, utilization, replenishment, stock levels, warehouse capacity, business impact, and recommended operational actions.
- Translate financial, operational, customer, and inventory insights into recommendations, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner across finance, operations, commercial teams, customers, technical partners, and leadership to execute business optimization opportunities.
- Prototype and create business tools directly when appropriate, and partner with technical teams to scale more complex tools and workflows.
- Track and communicate results, including ROI, cost savings, productivity gains, reporting efficiency, service-impacting improvements, and operational performance.
What Success Looks Like:
- Leadership, operations teams, and customers have clearer visibility into performance through reliable reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
- Financial outcomes improve through stronger margin visibility, cost reduction, expense discipline, forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Inventory decisions improve through actionable insights on accuracy, aging inventory, utilization, replenishment, stock levels, and warehouse capacity.
- Manual reporting and analysis are reduced through automation, dashboard development, and agentic AI-enabled tools.
- Continuous improvement opportunities are identified, prioritized, executed, and measured.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, finance, operations, reporting, continuous improvement, or business optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Tableau development experience preferred; Power BI experience also valuable.
- Experience with BI/dashboarding, reporting automation, analytics, or workflow improvement tools.
- Exposure to agentic AI, AI-enabled automation, or practical AI tools for analysis and reporting.
