- The PM to be responsible for the programs performance and communication with the Sponsors’ Contracts Officer (CO), COTR, and applicable Government Team Managers (GTMs)
- The PM to ensure that all contractor personnel work meet the program requirements, to include labor hours and deliverables, and work as a team with the Sponsor and/or other associate contractor personnel.
- The PM to be responsible for the delivery of all contract deliverables on time or ahead of schedule.
- The PM to be responsible for monitoring and summarizing progress of projects and providing periodic status and final disposition to the customer against program objectives.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with poly
- Five plus years of IC experience in the Sponsor agency
- 2 plus years experience working as a Prime contractor PM at Sponsor-site
- Experience working directly with Sponsor COTRs on programmatic and/or personnel issues
- Experience working with Sponsor COs on contracts related issues
- Experience interviewing, staffing, and placing candidates, employees, and subcontractors on a prime programs
- Experience delivering the following Contract Deliverables as a prime PM
- Program Management Plan
- Contract Initiation Review
- Monthly Contract Status Reports
- Program Management Reviews
- Level of Effort Certification
- Experience tracking contractor LOE and performance against contract specifications
- 2 plus years of experience with all aspects of contract execution and supporting the day-to-day execution of operational activities on Sponsor programs
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated IC experience in one of the SOW areas (Outreach & Mission Engagement, Marketing or Training)
- Experience working as a prime contractor PM of a 30 FTE or larger at Sponsor-site
- PMP certified
- Management experience of subcontracts and subcontractors
- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Required familiarity with Sponsor policies and regulations, including information and personnel security
- Proposal writing experience
Target salary range: $180K - $210K.
