  • Advise the Program Manager on Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities for new system initiations.

  • Monitor and track program issues, risks, and opportunities with focus on cost, schedule, and performance.

  • Deliver input to ECPs, budgets, and other program documentation in support of mission requirements.

  • Support the development of system CONOPS, architectures, requirements, and technical documentation.

  • Facilitate coordination and technical exchanges between prime contractors, stakeholders, and NGA segments.

  • Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), readiness reviews, and program management reviews.

  • Provide SME-level input at design, development, testing, and operational reviews.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly integrated into enterprise solutions.

  • Support international partner engagement, assessing opportunities for participation in future NSG capabilities.

  • Assist with Certification and Accreditation activities in coordination with NGA security and OCIO.

  • Plan, coordinate, and support test activities, validation, and transition of new capabilities into operations.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports, briefing materials, and recommendations to support program leadership.
