About the Role
Rocket Learning, in partnership with ICDS Andhra Pradesh, is launching its ECCE program statewide. As a
Program Lead, you will be responsible for successful planning, rollout, and management of the program
across all districts. This includes stakeholder engagement, team leadership, performance tracking and
cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rocket Learning’s ECCE initiatives
in Andhra Pradesh 
2. Government Liaison: Build and manage strong working relationships with state department,
district officials and other stakeholders
3. Team Management: Recruit, train and manage a team of regional academic experts & field staff
4. Operational Planning: Use field insights and data analytics to create SOPs and support
decision-making
5. Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure timely data collection and reporting on key program indicators
(coverage, activation, engagement)
6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (content, tech, media, research)
to localize and implement interventions
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Rocket Learning in external meetings, workshops and field
reviews

1. Successful program launch in all districts in Andhra Pradesh

3. High-quality field team in place and functioning effectively
4. Seamless alignment and coordination with ICDS and other partners
5. Timely reporting and course-correction based on program data

Required Qualifications
1. 6-8 years of experience in program management, field operations or implementation roles (NGO
or government partnerships preferred)
2. Prior team management experience
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, and basic data interpretation
5. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Andhra Pradesh
6. Excellent command of English and Telugu
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, mission-driven mindset

Preferred Experience
1. Background in education, ECCE or public systems
2. Experience in multi-stakeholder projects, particularly with government engagement
3. Familiarity with community-based programs
